Chairman/CEO of the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON), Professor Abdullahi Saleh Usman and his Management Team, on Thursday 12th December 2024, paid a visit to the Shehu of Borno,Alhaji Abubakar ibn Umar Garbai El-Kanemi.
Professor Saleh Usman in his remarks during the visit said the team was in the Shehu’s palace to solicit for his support and advice towards improving Hajj management.
He further highlighted the level of preparation done so far for 2025 Hajj.
Responding, the Shehu of Borno called on NAHCON to redouble effort to improve the Hajj exercise, he was particular about luggage and buses for movement of pilgrims in Saudi Arabia.
The NAHCON Chairman had on Wednesday during a meeting with Chief Executives of State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Boards said he would be embarking on tour of the nation’s six geopolitical zones to meet with governors, religious scholars and traditional rulers to garner support and blessings for the success of 2025 Hajj.
