Governor Muhammad Badaru Abubukar has approved the appointment of Ahmad Umar Labbo as new Executive Secretary, Jigawa State Pilgrims Welfare Board.
This was contained in a statement signed by the Secretary to the Government of Jigawa State, Alhaji Adamu Abdulkadir Fanini.
A season administrator, Labbo was before his appointment the Director Operations of the Board.
The statement said the appointment is with immediate effect.
