Hajj Panorama – A delegation of the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) is currently in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as part of preparations for the 2023 Hajj exercise.

The delegation, led by the Commissioner for Policy, Personnel Management & Finance ( PPMF) , Alhaji Nura Hassan Yakasai held
their first in-house meeting for the 2nd Pre-Hajj visit for the 2023 Hajj operations on the 24th of March at NAHCON Ummul Jud Office in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.

The team is responsible for the following tasks:
1) To inspect Makkah and Madinah Kitchens.
2) Negotiation of contracts with service providers
3) To conduct meetings with Association for Hajj and Umrah Operators of Nigeria (AHOUN), States, Muassasah, accommodation service providers,
4) E-track training and 5) Final reports..
Alhaji Nura Hassan Yakasai who chaired the meeting was accompanied on the trip by board members of NAHCON representing the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Jama’atu Nasril Islam and Commissioner for South south.
Other members at the meeting are the Director Administration and HR, Director Legal, Deputy Director PEO, other Directorate cadre and senior management staff.
