At the head of the company’s organogram is the CEO, Almu’allim Nuh Idris Saleh Alfallata, a Nigerian of Jigawa State origin but born and raised in Saudi Arabia.

facilities on Tuesday, 3rd June 2025 in company of his Chief Media Consultant, Ambassador Aliyu Lawal Saulawa, the CEO spoke on his relentless efforts to provide the best services for pilgrims.
The menu being prepared and packaged at the time of the visit
featured Jollof rice with chicken and fruits as well as Semovita with Miyan Kuka.
Various sections of the kitchen inspected included the Food Store fully loaded with food items such as Indian rice, beans from Myanmar, and Nigerian palm oil.
Also inspected were the different
cold rooms in which frozen meat, chicken, eggs, soft drinks and perishable goods like fresh tomatoes, peppers, and onions were kept.
Members of staff, including the Chief Dietitian, told the visiting journalists that they were delighted working at Daam Almawasem Co Naima Kitchen.
