Chairman/CEO of the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) Alhaji Zikrullah Kunle Hassan has said that designation of more airports to receive pilgrims for Hajj will help decongest Jeddah and Madina Airports.

Alhaji Hassan stated this on Thursday at the Taif International Airport, Saudi Arabia, as some Tour Operators pilgrims from Nigeria arrived the airport for 2023 Hajj.
The 100 pilgrims were received by the NAHCON Chairman/CEO represented by Deputy Makkah Coordinator, Alidu Shutti and Mr, Adnan Mukthar from Company of Mutawif for Pilgrims from African Non Arab countries.
Alhaji Hassan appreciated the custodian of two Holy mosques for the historic development and the improvements brought into Hajjj Management.
In his remarks, Mr. Adnan Mukthar assured the pilgrims that there will be value for their money .
He advised the pilgrims to be good ambassadors of Nigeria in the Holy Land.
A pilgrim, Mr. Aderemi Gazal lauded the Commission and the Saudi Agency for the befitting reception accorded them on arrival at Taif International Airport.
