The Director General on Hajj Affairs at the Saudi Arabia Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, Abdallah As Sheehri has assured the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) of support in its preparations for the 2026 Hajj.
He gave the assurance on Thursday, 25th September, 2025, when the Chairman/ CEO of NAHCON, Professor Abdullahi Sale Usman and his entourage paid a visit to Ministry in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia,
to present some requests that will help Nigeria in its preparations for the forthcoming Hajj operation.
The Chairman solicited the support of the Ministry in planning ahead.
Responding, the Director General promised to present some of the requests to the relevant authorities.
However, he urged the leadership of the Nigerian Hajj Mission to abide by the new Saudi policies, especially meeting up with deadlines.
