The Saudi Arabian Deputy Minister for Hajj, Dr. Ayed AlGuwainim and a Consultant on Hajj matters, Dr. Badr AlSulaimi have said the target of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was to make every pilgrim happy with his/her Hajj experience.
The duo spoke on Saturday at a Hajj Workshop held
for over 50 countries.
An official of the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON), Muhammad Ahmad Musa, quoted them as saying that there was a directive from the Custodian of the Holy Mosques, King Salman Bin Abdulaziz and his Crown Prince, Muhammad bin Salman that no stone should be left unturned in order to make every pilgrim have a positive impression of the Kingdom.
“We will do all it takes to make Pilgrims happy, ” the Minister assured.
The 6 hours intensive workshop organized by Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah for over 50 countries’ Master Users of the e-Haj system was held at Jeddah on Saturday 17th June 2023.
The talking points of the workshop included discourse on Challenges and Enhancements where every user was given chance to share any type of challenge he/she experienced while interfacing with the e-Haj portal. Solutions were thereafter provided to overcome each and every difficulty faced.
