The Chairman of the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria, Professor Abdullahi Saleh Usman Pakistan, has left Lagos for Kebbi state today, 19th December, 2025 alongside his management team in continuation of the Familiarisation visits to some key zonal centres of hajj operation across Nigeria.
While in Lagos state, the NAHCON Management team, under the leadership of the commission’s boss Prof. Abdullahi Saleh Pakistan visited the deputy governor of the state Dr. Hamzat and Oba of Lagos his highness Rilwan Babatunde Akiolu as well as the association of Hajj and Umrah Operators in Nigeria, where the NAHCON Chairman commissioned a new office of the tour operators.
It could be recalled that Prof. Abdullahi Saleh Usman Pakistan and his Management team were in Maiduguri last week as their first place of call when the ongoing zonal visitations kick started. The NAHCON Chairman, while in Maiduguri, paid a homage to his royal highness, the El-kanemi of Borno Abubakar ibn Umar Garbai, and the state Governor Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum. In his remarks, governor Zulum pledged to offer all necessary assistance in promoting and fostering Hajj Operation exercise in the country.
While in Kebbi state, the chairman of the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria Professor Abdullahi Pakistan is expected to interface with top government functionaries, religious leaders and key stakeholders in the hajj industry, all in the efforts to achieve the desired success come 2025 hajj exercise.
